JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and expand sales networks, particularly with construction contractors and developers.
- Directly report to the manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets in the Northern Vietnam market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals with key partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong network with construction contractors and developers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and contractors.
