JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement recruitment, training, and development activities to build a capable team.
- Monitor human resources to propose welfare and disciplinary policies.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to boost morale and implement labor regimes.
- Develop company regulations for a professional environment.
- Supervise administrative work to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement an employee evaluation system to encourage performance.
- Seek approval from the General Manager/CEO when needed and prepare monthly reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labor Economics, Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor law, social insurance law, trade union law, and recruitment sources. Proficient in human resource management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within Japanese companies in Vietnam.
- Language: Fluent in Japanese for effective communication and work-related tasks.
- Salary: 30-40M (Negotiable) with 13th salary
