JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop Vision and Strategy:
- Oversee and assume accountability for the Sales function of the territory
- In conjunction with the Head of Business Development devise and implement relevant territory sales strategies
- Measure and analyze sales performance, providing monthly reports to the Head of Business Development
- Generate new business with existing and new customers
- Arrange and attend regular business meetings with new and existing customers
- Actively manage the sales pipeline & regularly report to the Head of Business Development
- Build closer relationships with relevant industry players for market intelligence
- Manage call cycle to optimize productivity; Maximise time spent on core responsibilities, Selling, Business Development, and Training
- Identify and attend networking and/or conference events; develop a specific prospecting plan and execute accordingly
- Follow the business selling process to develop the frontline capability
- Identify and develop relationships with key prospects and decision-makers of new and existing customers
- Conduct Product Roadshows (Physical or Digital) with CP/Nominated Distributor’s clients in each assigned territory
- Update Account Plans and conduct Quarterly reviews with Managed Commercial Partner
- Work with other Department Team Members to enable the successful operation of the business Strengths
