JAC’s client is seeking a Senior Digital Coordinator (Senior BIM Coordinator) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Digital Protocols in projects, including the BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standards, and BIM Guidelines.
- Ensure BIM collaboration among stakeholders, disciplines, teams, and departments by managing the Digital Coordinators.
- Ensure Digital QA/QC procedures are in place and completed across all projects.
- Oversee the performance of Clash Detection, Model Audits, and Model Maintenance through the management of the Digital Coordinators.
- Liaise directly with the client.
- Play a pivotal role in communications between the client and the Digital Team, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and accurate.
- Manage the company’s digital role on projects efficiently and in a time-conscious manner.
- Troubleshoot and provide recommendations to clients as appropriate.
- Identify and report any training needs required to complete a project.
Job Requirements
- Degree, Associate Diploma, or Diploma in Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Practical knowledge and application of BIM documentation (BEP, SMP, EIR, PEP, AIR) based on project experience.
- Practical knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations for international building codes.
- Experience in delivering large-scale projects; multi-disciplinary delivery is an advantage.
- Experience in Model Audits, BIM Assessment, BIM coordination, BIM clash detection, Asset tagging, and COBie.
- Experience in the creation and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Preferably, BRE Level 2 Certification: BIM Level 2 Essentials Course or BIM Level 2.
- Advanced level of English, both written and verbal, to communicate with clients.
