JAC’s client is a foreign real estate investor who is looking for a Sales Executive
Location: Ho Chi Minh/Binh Duong
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Job Responsibilities
Search and exploiting potential customers.
Coordinate with team to achieve sales target.
Perform transactions and support customers to track payment progress,
sign deposit contracts and SPA.
Manage assigned customer data, introduce, guides and advise customers
on information related to products and projects that the company
distributes.
Providing ideas during meetings between the Product Marketing Team and
the Architecture/Construction Team.
In charge for Sales Agencies.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in selling Luxury Townhouse projects and
High-rise condominium.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Selling skills, Customer Services skills, Communication skill.
Deep understanding about Customer needs in Real Estate, had strong data/ connections in selling Real Estate products
