JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in real estate projects, including market research, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing support.
Ensure governance control aligns with the company’s policies.
Report to managers and coordinate with subordinates and other teams for support as needed.
Actively collaborate with other departments for Business Development and Asset Management needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Fluency in Japanese and English (business level).
Experience in negotiation, teamwork, and real estate business development.
Positive thinking, hard-working, and eager to learn new skills.
Open to both male and female candidates.
