JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our financial success and growth. 

 

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with company goals.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.

  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
