Our Client is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Senior Finance Director (Healthcare Industry Preferred) 

Job Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow management to maintain financial stability and support strategic decision-making.
  • Business Transition & Change Management: Lead the transition from a family-owned SME to a professionally structured organization by adopting best financial and governance practices.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Finance Management: Manage financial operations, including revenue cycle management, cost control, procurement, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with investors, board members, and executive leadership to align financial goals with the company's overall strategic objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within a hospital group or healthcare-related business.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial management in hospitals, including revenue cycle management, insurance reimbursements, and cost control.
  • Transformation Experience: Proven track record in transitioning businesses from family-owned SMEs to professionally managed companies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Vietnam’s healthcare financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience implementing ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and work with senior executives and investors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
