Press and Die Casting Machine Maintenance Manager

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in electronics components.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills
- 5+ years' experience in maintaining dies for presses and molds, similar to the machines mentioned above.
- Proficiency in analyzing and enhancing press and mold dies in terms of capacity, quality, productivity, and safety.
- Specialized expertise in die maintenance for presses and molds.
- Candidates with experience in molding design are preferred.
Management skills
- Develop and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department
- Devise strategic plans to guide the team towards achieving set targets
- Supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the department
- Manage resources such as manpower, budget allocation, information, and project costs
- Utilize innovative approaches to address critical issues within the department
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to address company-wide challenges
- Provide guidance for the career development of team members and ensure a balanced workload distribution
- Drive innovation initiatives and spearhead process improvement activities
- Directly report to both the Japanese technical director and the Vietnamese factory director
JOB BENEFITS
- Salary: 50.000.000 - 70.000.000 VND (Gross)
- Working hours: From 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Monday to Friday)
- Shuttle bus within and outside Hanoi and Vinh Phuc
