To expand business and further develop the talent manpower in Vietnam, they need to employ a suitable qualified candidate for Officer position for Human Resources Department in Hanoi Branch.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training and development: to initiate, diversify and enhance training & development programs.
  • C&B task: to support handing monthly payroll, social insurance, and PIT process.
  • Others: to support recruitment process and related jobs; to develop, implement and maintain human resources policies in line with Regional, Branch strategies and relevant regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree.
  • Good command of English. Japanese is an advantage.
  • Good skills of communication, reporting & interpersonal.
  • A good team player as well as an excellent individual performer.
  • Detailed-oriented, careful, responsible, honest, and hard-working.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws.
  • At least 4 years of relevant HR working experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good MS office application.
