JAC's client is looking for an experienced Leasing Executive join their dynamic team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search, contact, and advise potential tenants suitable for each project.
- Develop a plan to attract potential tenants; take care of and support current tenants.
- Discuss and negotiate lease terms with tenants.
- Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
- Research, evaluate the commercial market, competitors, and current trends.
- Perform other tasks as required by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or University graduation in business administration or related major.
- At least 2 years of Leasing/ Tenant experience in commercial building.
- High sense of responsibility, eager to learn, and honesty.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced in MS Office Skills.
- Working location: HCM and Binh Duong
- Fluent in English.
