Leasing Executive

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client is looking for an experienced Leasing Executive join their dynamic team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Search, contact, and advise potential tenants suitable for each project.
• Develop a plan to attract potential tenants; take care of and support current tenants.
• Discuss and negotiate lease terms with tenants.
• Prepare lease contracts and related documents.
• Research, evaluate the commercial market, competitors, and current trends.
• Perform other tasks as required by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• College or University graduation in business administration or related major.
• At least 2 years of Leasing/ Tenant experience in commercial building.
• High sense of responsibility, eager to learn, and honesty.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced in MS Office Skills.
• Working location: HCM and Binh Duong
• Fluent in English.
