A Japanese company is looking for Real Estate Investment Manager (Japanese Speaking) position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Japanese Manager and Director for:
Business Management related to office building projects
Management of project finance condition
Company management (administration of project company, controlling leasing team and operation team)
Acquisition of new project
Investment: consider project development structure, project cashflow, contract terms, etc.
Contract: negotiation with partners, prepare project contracts
Procedure: legal procedures regarding the projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must :
Interest in Real Estate Business
Experience in Financing
Language: Japanese fluently, advanced level (N2~N1)
Educational background: University
Prefer: Experience working in Japanese Company
Reporting Line: Director
