JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate company documents between Vietnamese and English.
- Assist with investment-related paperwork (company establishment, license changes)
- Guide clients through mandatory insurance processes
- Support clients work permits and visas for foreign employees.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University majoring in Language
- Having at least 1 year experience in working in Japanese company.
- Language: Good at Japanese (JLPT N2) and English
- Gender: Female
- Good to have: experience handling work permit or insurance
BENEFITS
- Salary: from 15 -> 25 mil depending on abilities <negotiable>.
- Working time: 8:30 – 17:30
