Job Responsibilities
- Assign and support subordinates.
- Review and manage payroll, tax declarations, and advisory reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of tax services.
- Manage client and tax authority relationships.
- Participate in tax reviews, refunds, and audits.
- Provide tax advice via email, phone, and meetings.
- Update on new tax regulations.
- Report to Tax Partner and leadership.
- Support company growth by meeting clients and preparing proposals.
- Improve work processes and software.
- Train new employees and enhance team skills.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a Tax Advisory Manager.
- Degree in economics or finance (accounting/auditing major).
- Strong knowledge of tax systems and policies.
- Excellent time and work management.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good English skills
