Job Responsibilities
Assign and support subordinates.
Review and manage payroll, tax declarations, and advisory reports.
Ensure timely delivery of tax services.
Manage client and tax authority relationships.
Participate in tax reviews, refunds, and audits.
Provide tax advice via email, phone, and meetings.
Update on new tax regulations.
Report to Tax Partner and leadership.
Support company growth by meeting clients and preparing proposals.
Improve work processes and software.
Train new employees and enhance team skills.
Job Requirements
5+ years as a Tax Advisory Manager.
Degree in economics or finance (accounting/auditing major).
Strong knowledge of tax systems and policies.
Excellent time and work management.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good English skills
