Quality Manager

Foreign company is looking for Quality Manager to join their dynamic team. 

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct various internal tests on furniture products/packaging to ensure they meet specified standards.

• Oversee product inspections and prepare detailed reports.

• Identify and report potential areas for improvement in the factory to the QA Engineer.

• Engage with suppliers to discuss inspection findings post-inspection.

• Supervise the QC team in preparing monthly reports to analyze defects and recommend supplier improvements.

• Ensure availability of all technical documents, approved samples, and swatches during final inspections.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product quality inspection within the home furniture industry.

• In-depth knowledge of home furniture construction, design, and stability.

• Extensive experience in factory and process audits.

• Expert technical knowledge of furniture, processes, and methods.

• Familiarity with the Qarma system.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
