JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Goal setting and strategy planning.
○ Setting goals and planning for teams and departments. (half-yearly)
○ Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance. (including new business development)
Business management and progress.
○ Optimizing and streamlining business processes.
○ Managing member progress and evaluating results. (Across the board )
Member management and training.
○ Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback.
○ Motivation and team building.
Internal and external coordination and reporting.
○ Coordination with other departments.
○ Reporting to management and decision-making support.
Problem solving and risk management.
○ Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures.
○ Predicting and managing business risks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University or higher majoring in economics.
Around 5~10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
Who can be involved in managing costs, driving new businesses and making decisions from a management perspective, playing a role in shaping the future of the company.
Ability to manage departments across the board.
Self-reflection.
Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business.
Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations.
Language: English or Japanese basic business level.
