Job Responsibilities
Execute bond/stock transactions, managing key parameters for efficiency.
Coordinate room limits, interest rates, and commissions with companies.
Open accounts, manage custody, and handle rights issues.
Ensure readiness of trading conditions for investment.
Monitor bond distribution and advise on plans.
Prepare internal and legal reports.
Help develop department database system.
Contribute to process and regulation development.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree: Bachelor in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working at securities companies, fund management firms, or investment departments.
Understanding of macroeconomics and investment funds, stock market, financial analysis, investment portfolio management and relevant laws
Language: Fluent English/Chinese.
Possessing a Financial Analysis Practitioner Certificate or higher
Proficiency with tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters
Quick learner with strong information retention
Detail-oriented and diligent
Strong communication and partnership skills.
