Foreign company is looking for Investment Finance Manager to undertake analyzing the new real estate investment projects, managing of existing investments.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze data, including evaluating the financial aspects of new investment projects (financial statements, business plans, financial data, investment schemes, feasibility studies).
- Conduct finance/tax due diligence and negotiate contracts with partners.
- Manage business plans, cash flow, budgets, and financial statements of operating projects.
- Oversee project company procedures and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate site visits, translate, and prepare presentation documents and reports.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business.
- More than 3 years of experience with financial service firm, real estate developer finance works.
- Experience with investment finance due diligence, finance models, feasibility studies.
- Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and other computer software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Hours: Full-time 8:00 – 17:00, Monday - Friday.
