Job Responsibilities
New customer introduction and contract signing.
Reserve customer needs and convey to internal every week and track production and material status and respond to customer delivery dates timely
Responsible for order delivery arrangements and track logistics to ensure timely arrival.
Check accounts with customers on time to ensure timely payment
Arrange RMA returns of defective products and exchanges
Tidy shipment-related reports
Handle shipment-related anomalies
Connect with customers to handle various requests and respond
Other tasks assigned by superiors
Reception of visiting customers
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above: international business, foreign trade or related major
Proficiency in PC, Excel, Power Point, Statistics & Analysis
Experience in business positions preferred, accept outstanding undergraduates and above
Chinese HSK4 or above, English TOEIC 600 or above, strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English
