Job Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and provide legal advice while proposing risk prevention measures to assist in minimizing risks during project implementation.
- Draft, review, and verify contracts, documents, and legal dossiers related to the company’s project execution.
- Review and ensure the legality of documents and contracts issued or signed by the company with partners and clients.
- Adjust contracts and internal regulations to comply with current laws.
- Support other departments in resolving legal issues related to business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal practice, with preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s license and/or experience working in law firms.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly Land Law, Investment Law, and Construction Law.
- Proficiency in English communication and legal drafting.
