Job Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and provide legal advice while proposing risk prevention measures to assist in minimizing risks during project implementation.
Draft, review, and verify contracts, documents, and legal dossiers related to the company’s project execution.
Review and ensure the legality of documents and contracts issued or signed by the company with partners and clients.
Adjust contracts and internal regulations to comply with current laws.
Support other departments in resolving legal issues related to business operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
At least 2 years of experience in legal practice, with preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s license and/or experience working in law firms.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly Land Law, Investment Law, and Construction Law.
Proficiency in English communication and legal drafting.
