JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Director to oversee the team’s business in Vietnam:
Manage Operations: Oversee all production activities in the plant, ensuring safety protocols are followed, production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Team Leadership: Lead the plant team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Collaboration: Ensure close alignment and collaboration with global functional departments to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Maintenance and Improvement: Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently with preventive maintenance. Drive continuous improvement activities.
Budget Management: Manage the plant’s budget, monitor expenses, and execute cost-saving measures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislative and corporate requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: More than 10 years of work experience within a related industry, with over 5 years in a management position related to operations/production.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing required; a Master’s or MBA is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both verbally and written.
Skills: Strong analytical, team management, and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO and IATF is a plus.
Other Requirements: Problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driving license.
