Job Responsibilities
Comply with labor safety instructions in production. Comply with 5S regulations.
Manage recruitment, training, and evaluation of workers during the probationary period.
Manage and arrange human resources and work for the production department
Organize and complete the production command system, make production plans, inspect production work, ensure completion of production responsibilities
Execute production according to plan, grasp production progress, coordinate well between workshops, organize labor distribution, and balance material and equipment plans.
Hold weekly production meetings, analyze production situations, and propose solutions to solve problems.
Manage equipment well, propose updated improvement plans, and periodically organize maintenance and repair to improve equipment productivity.
Based on production requirements, plan purchases, diligently implement, and promptly contact to resolve when there is a shortage of production materials.
Responsible for production techniques and ensuring work quality, promptly organizing and handling when problems are detected, when serious problems arise, directly reporting to the general director
Regularly organize environmental safety inspections, implement environmental safety measures, and urge and fix problems.
Support and help other departments in their work
Complete other assigned tasks
Job Requirements
Use office software; Proficient in Chinese or English. Proficient in ISO9001 or IATF16949; 2 years experience; caliper; view drawings
