JAC's client is looking for Consultant to be responsible for Finance and Marketing roles of dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.
Job Responsibilities
Provides professional customer service and necessary information.
Demonstrates financial products, marketing research, and consulting services.
Schedules appointments and meetings through outgoing or cold calls.
Analyzes financial statements to identify issues.
Creates financial models, assesses financial status, and evaluates credit risks.
Calculates investment returns and monitors project progress.
Coordinates marketing schedules and strategies with management.
Addresses client questions and requests, including those from Japanese investors.
Meets sales and marketing goals by analyzing trends and data.
Creates business development materials and presentations, and presents regular marketing and asset management reports.
Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, and conducts business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintains excellent client relationships, resolves complaints, and achieves client relationship targets and KPIs
Prepares and disseminates correspondence and forms, submits reports, and prepares presentations/proposals.
Travels to job locations as needed.
Performs other assigned functions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in cash flow modeling.
Finance major with strong knowledge on Vietnamese accounting rules
Familiarity with real estate and other investment sectors.
English proficiency at a business level.
