JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate, organize, and manage important meetings and events
- Provide support for various projects conducted by the organization, assisting project - managers and teams
- Manage company president's schedule and arrange various procedures
- Welcome visitors and guests
- Do general internal and external communication task
- Prepare, manage, and preserve document
- Fulfill assigned tasks, as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above
- +3 years of experience as a secretary to a president or senior executive
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 850 or above); Japanese is preferred
- Work in current company for at least 3 years
- Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
BENEFITS
- Salary: 17 - 20 million and 13th month
