JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align projects with company strategy.
- Manage finances, monitor budgets, and analyze performance.
- Maintain strong developer relationships.
- Develop and improve SOPs and KPIs.
- Collaborate on sales and marketing plans.
- Manage and mitigate risks to ensure project quality and adherence to standards.
- Stay updated on real estate legal requirements.
- Propose staff transfers, coordinate recruitment, and assess staff performance and training.
- Attend necessary meetings.
- Report on project operations to superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Property Management or a similar role
- Expertise in Property/Building Management Regulations and Vietnamese Law
- Strong Management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English.
