JAC's client is looking for Senior Associates/ Associates (Legal) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle legal matters concerning international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Provide legal assistance and advice for projects undertaken by companies within Vietnam and internationally.
- Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
- Perform and review legal due diligence and documentation.
- Examine financing documents, contracts, and business agreements.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation with bachelor’s degree or above in law.
- From 5 years of international experience in a Legal position or legal practices.
- Having a background in commercial, economic or international trade law, preferably with transaction (investment, M&A or finance) and documentation experience.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and communicating.
- Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
