Senior Associates/ Associates (Legal)

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client is looking for Senior Associates/ Associates (Legal) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle legal matters concerning international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Provide legal assistance and advice for projects undertaken by companies within Vietnam and internationally.
• Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
• Perform and review legal due diligence and documentation.
• Examine financing documents, contracts, and business agreements.
• Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• University graduation with bachelor’s degree or above in law.
• From 5 years of international experience in a Legal position or legal practices.
• Having a background in commercial, economic or international trade law, preferably with transaction (investment, M&A or finance) and documentation experience.
• Fluent in English, both in writing and communicating.
• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
