JAC’s client - a leading commercial bank is looking for a Sales Manager (Chinese speaking) position.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Present and demonstrate banking products and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and network opportunities to expand business contacts.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) at HSK5 level or above, and English (basic communication).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
