JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bố trí đủ nhân lực để đáp ứng yêu cầu kiểm tra thành phẩm của bộ phận sản xuất/ Organize enough manpower to adapt QC checking capacity in process.
• Theo dõi việc xử lý những bất thường chất lượng phát sinh hằng ngày/ daily following abnormal quality solving
• Xử lý khiếu nại khách hàng, làm báo cáo khắc phục phòng ngừa gởi khách hàng, theo dõi việc thực hiện các đối sách khắc phục phòng ngừa/ customer claim handling, issue and submit CA-PA to customer as long as following until closed
• Làm báo cáo tuần, báo cáo tháng và các báo cáo khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên/ make weekly, monthly report and other reports as requirement
• Kiểm tra và đề xuất hướng xử lý cho các sản phẩm không phù hợp trong quá trình và hàng trả về từ khách hàng/ propose solutions for NG in process and return
• Lập kế hoạch, theo dõi việc thực hiện hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị đo theo yêu cầu/ make plan and following calibration schedule of measuring equipment.
• Nhập dữ liệu bất thường chất lượng nội bộ, khiếu nại của khách hàng, vào file thống kê, theo dõi/ tracking and input abnormal quality in-process, customer claim to statistic file and monitoring
• Lập kế hoạch, triển khai việc kiểm soát côn trùng được thực hiện nội bộ và bởi dịch vụ bên ngoài/ make plan, implement pest control in company
• Cải tiến tại bộ phận: rà soát, cập nhật các quy trình/ HDCV/ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng/ QC improvement: review, revise, update QC procedure, WI, quality specification
• Ban hành tiêu chuẩn/ quy trình/ HDCV/ biểu mẫu khi có sản phẩm mới/ issue quality specification, procedure, WI, form for new product.
• Quản lý tài liệu trong bộ phận QA/QC theo hệ thống ISO 9001/ manage QA/QC’s documents following ISO 9001
• Đào tạo nhận thức về chất lượng/ quy trình/ quy định định kì cho nhân viên/ new comer’s training, refresh training for staffs
• Tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân viên mới/ recruit, training for new comers
• Giải quyết tất cả các công việc của phòng QA/QC khi Manager vắng mặt/ back-up for QA/QC Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University Major: Technology/ Economic/ Quality management
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of working experience in the same position
• Have Certificate for Quality control and internal audit
• English: Good in communication skill
• Good teamworking skills
• Time management ability.
