Mechanical Site Engineer

Company and Job Overview
Foreign company is looking for Mechanical Site Engineer to join their dynamic team in Hochiminh city. 

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical site installations, ensuring subcontractor safety, quality, and adherence to schedule.

• Review subcontractor submissions, including Method Statements, Material Submissions, and Shop Drawings, to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

• Participate in Toolbox meetings and related Minutes of Meetings.

• Review and respond to subcontractor Q&A and Requests for Information.

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials as approved.

• Coordinate with Civil, Consultants, Clients, Local Authorities, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth site operations.

• Perform site inspections, testing and commissioning, and hand-over tasks for mechanical portions of projects.

• Assess subcontractor work for payment purposes.

• Conduct maintenance work during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from the University or College degree

• More than 5 years of experience in similar positions

• Additional license or certification will be an advantage

• Well understand the regulations related to quality management the construction works

• Good at English communication speaking, listening

• Good skill of using Offices especially Excel

• Willing to work under high pressure at site

• Positive attitude, responsible and hard-working
