JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Document Preparation:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery deadline documents.
- Sales Forecasting and Data Analysis:
- Process sales forecast data and perform analysis.
- System Maintenance Support:
- Support the maintenance of effective management systems.
- Daily Operations Coordination:
- Collaborate with agents for daily operations, inventory management, and arranging deliveries.
- Internal and External Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Korean native, English business level
- At least 2 years of experience in any Korean company, preferably in order management
- A self-motivated person, able to work under pressure
- Overseas working experience, SAP and Salesforce skills
- Must do Ho Ren So continuously
- Knowledge of sales, machinery, and parts is an advantage
