JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the creation and implementation of the enterprise architecture program/function, aligning it with business strategy and requirements.
Develop and support business strategy, creating technology-enabled operating models and addressing execution issues.
Analyze the relationships between people, processes, information, technology, and the external environment to orchestrate business outcomes.
Establish governance, assurance, and standards to guide enterprise architecture decision-making and ensure compliance.
Oversee the implementation, continuous improvement, and documentation of enterprise architecture, and communicate its value to the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Seven or more years of experience in at least three disciplines such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations in a multitier environment.
Knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, along with strong leadership abilities.
Ability to balance foundational EA efforts (efficiency and predictability) with vanguard EA efforts (speed, agility, and flexibility) to achieve a unified and flexible enterprise architecture.
