JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Uphold and cultivate and uphold company values and ethos in Vietnam.
Lead the Operational management for the Vietnamese market. Optimise importation process and in market deliveries. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for product registrations and licenses.
Identify key development opportunities in Vietnam, risks, and challenges.
Act as the senior point of contact for existing distributors, managing escalated customer issues and leading high-level negotiations.
Develop annual business plans, including sales, distribution, and support objectives. Sign off on plans created by international account managers.
Collaborate with marketing to create tailored plans for brand awareness and business growth in key regions, especially Vietnam.
Be accountable for training and development plans for two international account managers, including appraisals.
Manage budgets and set performance objectives within the existing business team.
Conduct regular review meetings with international account managers to ensure annual plans are on track and adjust as required.
Share best practices for retail and online sales, including marketing materials, product training, and social media activities.
Conduct market visits as agreed with Distributor & Head of International.
Manage the onboarding of new partners in the region.
Take commercial responsibility for administration, budgeting, planning, forecasting, sales, and profitability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience working with large distributors in Vietnam.
Experience working with national pharmacy accounts.
Strong commercial acumen.
Strategic thinker.
Understanding of operations/importation.
Marketing experience.
Experience working with a foreign brand developing in Vietnam.
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a closely related field.
Have 5-8 years of experience. Candidates at this level are expected to have a solid understanding of the market, industry, and proven leadership skills.
