Warehouse Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, guide, support, and supervise the import - export, arrangement, and storage of raw materials, finished products, and goods in the warehouse.
• Delegate, manage, and supervise tasks within the team.
• Train and develop a professional warehouse staff.
• Supervise the storage of warehouse documents, other management records, ensuring complete, tidy, and orderly files.
• Control the inventory status of raw materials and finished products.
• Organize regular warehouse inventory checks, reconcile inventory with accounting.
• Control the FIFO method for managing the movement of raw materials and finished products in production.
• Arrange personnel for inventory checks and supervise their implementation.
• Monitor the storage time of goods. Plan and carry out regular checks on the status of inventory.
• Regularly inspect the work of employees during work. Take responsibility for the work results of subordinate employees.
• Efficiently manage forklift operations. Maintain and inspect vehicles regularly.
• Arrange, store, and manage warehouse equipment and equipment from other departments effectively.
• Manage SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) in the department, ensuring safety for people, the environment, and goods.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, fire safety, regularly inspect the fire safety status of the warehouse.
• Plan daily warehouse import-export activities and measure results against plans.
• Others:
• Research and propose effective warehouse management methods to ensure the company's production and business progress:
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Implement 5S management: keep the warehouse tidy, clean, and organized. Carry out reporting tasks as required.
• Transfer goods to support other departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University Graduate, Major: Economic/Business Administration
• Experience: 4 -7 years of working experience in the same position
• Experience in management and knowledge of expected warehouse practices
• English: Good in communication skill
• Proven ability to implement and carry out improvement initiatives
• Good teamworking skills, Managerial skills, Time management ability
• Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communication skills
• Logical reasoning, Numerical skills.
