JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the handling of B2B sales inquiries, ensuring quality communication and service delivery.
Build strong, lasting relationships with partners through personalized engagement.
Lead and coach the team to meet personal and team sales targets.
Ensure accuracy in team bookings and adherence to company standards.
Manage internal communications and coordinate booking processes.
Continuously improve business results by setting clear goals and strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Tourism or Hospitality (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry, have knowledge of travel in Japan
Fluent in English (Japanese and other languages are an advantage).
Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
Good leadership skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn a new system
