JAC’s client is looking for a Social Media & Communication Executive position.
Location: HCMC
Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop all social media channels (especially Tik Tok)
Directly or in collaboration with content, image, and video production agencies, manage and develop the company's marketing channels.
Guide the marketing strategy of the company's products and services through communication channels.
Update trends and promote social media interaction/trends to propose innovations to drive business growth for the company.
Manage and develop content (articles, images, videos, etc.) on social media channels to ensure that the content is creative, engaging, and suitable for the audience.
Develop short-term and long-term strategies to enhance brand awareness across all platforms, (especially Tik Tok).
Research and update on the latest social media trends, new tools and technologies applied to work development.
Plan and control communication content
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning, with a focus on creating engaging, high-quality content to attract, grow, and retain our target audience.
Maintain an organized weekly content calendar to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of content.
Oversee various content channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring accuracy and relevance of content released to customers.
Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools, analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaboration and control agency.
Search and propose agencies to coordinate related to communication and brand development.
Ensure agency performance to not affect work progress.
Work directly with KOL/KOC, influencers in the F&B industry to promote the brand.
Conduct related reports: Monitor, analyze and report on the results of activities on the platforms in charge, propose solutions to improve and enhance efficiency.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management Committee
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital or related field
At least 4-5 years of experience in Digital MKT, Media, Communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
