Jobs Responsibilities
- Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, and contribute to the team's performance in terms of gross profit and revenue.
- Expanding market share by winning new customers, and retaining key customers to achieve Sales targets.
- Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands.
- Construction communication with colleagues and products team to get the smartest and most effective commercial target.
- Keep the good image of the Company in the market by a professional style of working.
- Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finances of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
- Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
- Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in a related field is preferable.
- Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- University degree, major in the relevant fields.
- Japanese (N2) & English.
- Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.
- Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit.
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic, and hard-working.
- Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 - Saturday Work from home.
- Rest Hours: 12:00-13:00.
- Probation period: 2 months (85%).
- 13th month + Bonus according to year-end KPI evaluation.
- Salary review: Once per year, Annual Leaves: 12 days.
- Others: Business travel allowance, attendance allowance, lunch allowance, foreign language allowance (TOEIC 800 OR IELTS 6.5, N1, N2), health insurance, mobile phone/SIM card for work, employee trip, health checkup, etc.
- Holidays: Vietnamese Public holiday, Sat-Sun.
