JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation, follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Making daily in/out reports.
- Support to make quotations as being required
- Make rental contract with customers
- Accounting task: Make assets, issue invoices, make payment documents, and contact customers following payment status.
- Make site sheet every day
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University or college graduate.
- At least 3 years experience in sales admin sales accounting
- Good at Word, excel, accounting software.
- Can communicate in English.
