Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor development team members including QC team member regarding QAactivities, guiding the project team to ensure successful and high-quality product deployments
Develop a comprehensive QA strategy for the project that addresses all critical qualitycharacteristics, prioritizing automation over manual testing to enhance efficiency and minimizedefects
Analyze product requirements and design documents, contributing expertise to ensurecomprehensive and accurate documentation
Review and provide feedback on team members' test cases
Job Requirements
5 years or more of Experience as QC or QA or Manual Tester
More than 3 years of QC Leader experience in a project with 5 or more people
Experience in Writing SQL
Experience in Performance Testing or Security testing
