Job Responsibilities
- The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings.

Job Requirements
- Proficient in software development project management.
- Proficiency is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements.
- Agile knowledge and experience are mandatory.
- Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in managing software development projects and at least 2 years of working experience with Japanese clients.
- Willing to learn/understand the Energy domain.
- Good English is a plus.
- PMP Certificate is preferred.
