Company and Job Overview

  • Production of Composite Materials (Carbon/Glass Prepreg & Textile) 

  • Production of composites interior & exterior parts, and molds for Railway, Aerospace, and Automotive

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Production (Railway/Aerospace parts program) and Coordination: 
    • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, 
      budget, and timing. 

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and 
      supply chain to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. 

    • Establish clear project milestones and ensure timely completion of project phases. 

    • Once C2i and HQ get a nomination from OEM or customers, then HCM VINA starts to work with C2i and HQ for building the production plan. Therefore, this project management is more about the production scheduling. 

  • Documentation and Reporting: 
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and production reports that global partners require including RFQ and manufacturing costs etc. 

    • Provide regular status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. 

    • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant parties. 

  • Production Engineering support: 

    • Review new RFQ from C2i and HQ  

    • Identify the FRP parts production process for each project 

    • Solve manufacturing issues and provide advice to the shopfloor 

    • Identify production difficulties and discuss these with Managers and C2i colleague

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • Proven experience in the railway or aerospace industry(or automotive)

  • Fluent in English

  • (Prefer) Strong knowledge of composite materials and FRP manufacturing processes
