IT Staff (IT Helpdesk)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement security measures for each ASEAN company in cooperation with the Japan headquarters
  • Respond to cyber security issues
  • Arrangement of IT equipment hardware, software installation, configuration, and networking.
  • Provide IT technical support to ASEAN companies and respond to IT-related issues.
  • Respond to user issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Determine and remedy causes regarding system failures and equipment issues.
  • Quotes, orders, and inspects all IT equipment (PCs/printers/software/network, etc.).
Required Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Language skills: Japanese (business level), English (business level)
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT or IT-related BPO industry
  • Knowledge IT BASIC SKILL (PC / Printer / Network)
  • Knowledge: Network (CCNA or NW certification holder preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related field
  • Knowledge of IT security
Preference Skills:
  • Study for IT certifications
  • At least one year of experience in network troubleshooting, basic knowledge of networking
  • (CCNA or NW certification holder preferred)
  • Ability to work smoothly and calmly in any difficult situation.
  • Good at logical thinking.
  • Driving license
  • Able to perform duties smoothly and calmly in any difficult situation
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00 (1h lunch break), with overtime depending on the time of year.
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays
Monthly Salary: From $1100 to $1200
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December), linked to performance and evaluation, average 1.5 months per year in FY2023.
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
