Job Responsibilities
Implementation of company’s Purpose and Values in accordance with the company goals
Responsible for financial results in the respective territory based on growth strategy
Developing high quality growth strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team
Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
Responsible for sales and the corresponding sales turnover in the respective territory and accounts regarding equipment
Responsible for sales of all product families (equipment, lifecycle, digital) and affiliates
Responsible for all local policies and procedures related to RMO activities (sales, service, finance, HR, etc.) according to local legal regulations
Job Requirements
7 - 10 years of experience in similar position
Background from Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
Working knowledge with budget, forecasting and metrics
Preferably experienced in the High-end industrial machineries
