Job Responsibilities
- Manage the brokerage division to meet sales targets (KPIs).
- Recruit brokers, business development staff, and introducers.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients, assist with order placement and transaction procedures.
- Regularly update regulations, knowledge, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with related departments to address customer requests.
- Suggest improvements and strategies to enhance brokerage activities.
- Undertake tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Investment, Securities, Accounting, or related fields.
- Have Securities Practice Certificate.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of the securities market, products, and services; ability to analyze financial reports and provide investment advice.
- Preferably with a background in the securities industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills; capable of managing and leading a team.
- Decisive, cautious, and cooperative.
