Head of Brokerage

• Manage the brokerage division to meet sales targets (KPIs).
• Recruit brokers, business development staff, and introducers.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients, assist with order placement and transaction procedures.
• Regularly update regulations, knowledge, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with related departments to address customer requests.
• Suggest improvements and strategies to enhance brokerage activities.
• Undertake tasks as directed by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Investment, Securities, Accounting, or related fields.
• Have Securities Practice Certificate.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of the securities market, products, and services; ability to analyze financial reports and provide investment advice.
• Preferably with a background in the securities industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills; capable of managing and leading a team.
• Decisive, cautious, and cooperative.
