We support our client in looking for an Engineer II - Dipping Process to provide engineering design to the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities
Process Development
Follow up with production to build a new design process completely in compliance with LEAN concept.
Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.
Work closely with the Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools
Design guides, templates or platforms are adequately updated to reflect new methods or approaches from development or product/process transferred to support the highest volume, lost cost, and highest quality
Develop and maintain dipping/ compounding process optimization and validation program
Drive FPY/RTY and reduce variance in the dipping process
Support sourcing and QA for technical matters
Manufacturing Support
Job Requirements
03 years of experience in process management
Experience in Textile/Garments/Gloves manufacturing
English speaking
