Foreign company is looking for Process Engineering Leader (for Water and Wastewater treatment system) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh
Job Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers.
Take primary responsibility for the performance and results of process engineers.
Oversee and provide guidance to electrical and testing & commissioning engineers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological advancements in water and wastewater treatment systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields.
Over 5 years of EPC project experience in Process, Testing & Commissioning positions across various industries, including water treatment.
Deep understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection, and process documents/drawings.
Preferred experience with JIS standard and PVC piping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Proficiency in English.
Familiar with MS Office and process software tools like AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, or Cadworks Plant.
Preferential treatment for familiarity with programming such as Python, API programming (Forge), Power BI, VBA.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals
