Process Engineering Leader

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers.
• Take primary responsibility for the performance and results of process engineers.
• Oversee and provide guidance to electrical and testing & commissioning engineers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological advancements in water and wastewater treatment systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of EPC project experience in Process, Testing & Commissioning  positions across various industries, including water treatment.
• Deep understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection, and process documents/drawings.
• Preferred experience with JIS standard and PVC piping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiar with MS Office and process software tools like AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, or Cadworks Plant.
• Preferential treatment for familiarity with programming such as Python, API programming (Forge), Power BI, VBA.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals
