JAC's client is looking for an Assistant Architect Manager to provide comprehensive support in managing multiple large-scale projects, coordinating communication and documentation, and contributing to strategic planning and project execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical and construction design stage. Review and improve the project design
- Assist in architectural research and data gathering for feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
- Assist the Architect manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation or any tasks on request
- Manage project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and long-term planning.
- Support the development of other teams.
- Take on increasing responsibility for project management and coordination over time.
- Collaborating with the JV partner to develop creative ideas that will attract customers, such as iconic designs and appealing features
- Other relevant tasks on request
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate, background in architecture, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Experience in designing architectural projects, particularly for condominiums or detached houses, is highly valued.
- High proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong PC skills, including CAD, Microsoft Office, 3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, are essential
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City but will involve business trips to Hanoi up to twice per month.
