A foreign real estate development company is looking for Architect Manager position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and advise team members.
- Supervise the design stage of future projects
- Assist the Tender team in creating Tender documents for future projects.
- To support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in future projects
- Assist Site PM teams in resolving architectural design issues during the construction and operation phases.
- Manage project design and schedule.
- Prepare administrative application documentation.
- Follow specification changes during construction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Good English skills
- Experience in Project Management for Mixed-use condominium projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Project Management at large-scale Clients or 7 years in Team Lead role at Architectural Consultancies.

- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
- Working location: Binh Duong - Shuttle Bus from HCM to BD
