A foreign real estate development company is looking for Architect Manager position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and advise team members.
Supervise the design stage of future projects
Assist the Tender team in creating Tender documents for future projects.
To support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in future projects
Assist Site PM teams in resolving architectural design issues during the construction and operation phases.
Manage project design and schedule.
Prepare administrative application documentation.
Follow specification changes during construction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
Good English skills
Experience in Project Management for Mixed-use condominium projects.
At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Project Management at large-scale Clients or 7 years in Team Lead role at Architectural Consultancies.
