COMPANY OVERVIEW 
JAC's client is a top commercial bank in Vietnam looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition (Back Office/Technology)


Location: Ho Chi Minh city

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management, with the support of experienced recruiters and TA managers in the team
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and create pipeline for passive candidates via different platforms
  • Assist senior recruiters with talent mapping and sourcing activities for mid-senior level requisistions
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Utilize ATS (Application Tracking System) for day-to-day work. Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Team Leads and TA Managers
  • Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with major in HR or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with a good mix of in-house and agency experience, preferably within financial services
  • Knowledge of the local  recruitment market; with good understanding of skills and capabilities required for a range of roles across corporate functions, technology, digital, etc.
  • Experience in managing mid-level stakeholders and other business relationships
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring divisions
  • Proactiveness, ability to take initiative, and comfort working independently to drive toward results; Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Goood communications skills. Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
